I've Lost a Little, But Not Enough

I have lost about 10lbs. since the last time I updated this blog. Of course, that only gets me back to the original weight I was at back in September.

Last week, I tried a new plan of eating 400 calories or less every three hours 5-6 times a day. I thought I was doing well, but when I weighed in on Sunday morning, I had gained a pound!!! Very discouraging, my friends, very discouraging. So, I haven't been doing that this week. I have gone back to just eating what I want, but trying not to go crazy.

We'll see how it goes...
